Job Summary:

For ABUJA residents only. We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally computer savvy, a quick learner, and possess the flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and late hours. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing diverse tasks and maintaining confidentiality. Please note that accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and meetings, both personal and professional. Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments.
  • Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and promptly. Filter and prioritize communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Task and Project Management: Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of various tasks and projects. Follow up on deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Information and Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Prepare documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. 1 Prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Personal Errands: Run personal errands as required, which may include shopping, bill payments, and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Research and Information Gathering: Conduct research on various topics and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Liaison and Coordination: Act as a point of contact between the employer and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate with other staff members and external vendors as needed.
  • Computer Proficiency: Utilize various software applications and online platforms effectively, including but not limited to:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience with calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar).
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
    • Familiarity with internet research and online communication tools.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends (Monday to Sunday) and late hours as required to meet the demands of the role.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative and logistical issues independently and efficiently.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional matters.
  • Proactiveness: Anticipate needs and take initiative to address them without constant supervision.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the employer's personal and professional needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Not Open to Corp Members 
  • Exceptional computer skills and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be a fast learner and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Must be a resident of Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends (Monday to Sunday) and late hours.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
