LEEP JOB PORTAL - REFUND POLICY 

Labour Employment and Empowerment Programme (LEEP)

1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which payments made for premium services on the LEEP Job Portal may be refunded. The portal is managed by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment (FMLE) in collaboration with Sapphital Limited.

2. GENERAL POLICY

All payments made on the LEEP Job Portal are final and non-refundable, unless specifically stated otherwise or mandated by applicable law.

Users are advised to review the nature and scope of services before making any payment.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment transactions.
• Inability to access paid services due to technical issues directly related to the portal.
• Service not delivered as described, and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Note: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Dissatisfaction with the service not caused by technical failure.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Partial or full use of the service.
• Issues arising from employer-employee interactions unrelated to technical platform faults.

5. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

To request a refund, users must:

• Submit a written request to the official support email.
• Include the transaction ID, user account details, and a clear explanation of the issue.
• Provide any supporting documentation or screenshots, if applicable.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

7. DISCRETIONARY RIGHTS

FMLE and Sapphital reserve the right to:

• Deny any refund request that does not meet the terms stated in this policy.
• Investigate any refund claims for fraud or abuse.
• Update or modify this Refund Policy without prior notice.
