Company Description

Evolve Africa Initiative is committed to fostering economic empowerment, skill development, and sustainable livelihoods for women, youth, and marginalized communities across Nigeria. Our mission is to create inclusive opportunities that drive long-term socio-economic transformation through education, agriculture, youth empowerment, and community development. By equipping individuals with essential skills, knowledge, and resources, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and drive economic independence.

Under the leadership of Rufina Nyelong, a dedicated advocate for women and youth empowerment with over two decades of experience in transformative development, Evolve Africa Initiative has successfully implemented various programs that advance women’s rights like the one we carried out with the Police Officers wives association at swimming pool road, Kaduna State, entrepreneurial training with Teen Tycoons Academy in Kaduna State and College of Education Akwang, health, and agricultural empowerment with the women of Small Scale Women Farmers Organization  in Nigeria (SWOFON) and youth development training carried out to over 5000 National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) members  in Keffi, Nasarawa state and in Zamfara state in Partnership with Federal Ministry of Finance.  Through strategic partnerships, we work closely with communities to identify and address their most pressing needs, ensuring that combined initiatives lead to lasting and meaningful change.

With a strong track record of impact, we have mentored over 5000 youth, trained 1500 women in entrepreneurship and sustainable agriculture, and reached nine communities with our programs. Our work strengthens local economies, enhances social stability, and creates pathways for sustainable livelihoods, fostering resilience and self-sufficiency among the people we serve.
