Trinity Crown Science Laboratory and Entrepreneurship Services is a consortium company having a subsidiary of Trinity farm and Co Ltd into livestock farming, Cultivation, Agro processing and Entrepreneurship services where we train upcoming young farmers in various skills in Agriculture to be self employed and use the skill acquired to develop the nation economy through sustainable and Entrepreneurship Services. Our agriculture processing is a value added services where the value addition of cassava and fruit and vegetables is our favorite. The value addition has help the company in production of various product like gari, fufu,starch, Lafun, Semo and many more of cassava values while the fruits and vegetables are process into dry form to reduce perishability and adding to the value both for season and off season. We process fruits and vegetables into dry form such as dry tomatoes (dry and Powder), dry pepper(powder), dry pineapple,dry jute leaves, dry Ugwu, dry melon, dry and powder date, dry okra, dry catfish, dry ogbono, dry locust beans, dry coconut etc. This drying is done using dehydrator for maintaining the natural nutrition value of these produce as in fresh form but to majorly reduce perishability factor and build on availability of most during the off season. This will develop the passion many into the cultivation of it and create more values for job creation and building the economy of the country at large. At Trinity, we have done the production of about 80% of the fruits and vegetables for the local usage where there is challenges of equipment for the continuity and some domestic factors such as lack of electricity and high cost of petrol for using generator.
