LEEP is seeking proactive and service-oriented Customer Care Agents to support its growing communication and outreach operations. This part-time role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others and contributing to national development through responsive engagement and public information support.

You will serve as a key link between LEEP and its audience, primarily by responding to inquiries and supporting consistent, community-driven visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) through approved channels, including web forms, email, or live chat.

     
  • Provide accurate, friendly, and timely information about LEEP’s initiatives, application procedures, and general inquiries.

     
  • Direct users to relevant content on the LEEP website, LEEP Academy, and LEEP Jobs by assisting them in navigating available resources.

     
  • Support LEEP’s digital visibility by actively sharing official content on personal social media and online networks, helping to ensure constant community engagement.

     
  • Monitor public feedback or common questions and flag recurring issues or trends to the LEEP communications team.

     
  • Log interactions and feedback in the internal response system for reporting and quality improvement purposes.

Requirements:

  • Must identify as a person with a disability (PWD)
  • Mobile phone and reliable internet access are essential
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A friendly, clear, and professional tone when interacting with the public.
  • Basic digital literacy and ability to work with web-based tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours in a part-time capacity.
  • Experience in customer service or community engagement is a plus, but not mandatory.
